Computer requirements
- 64 MB memory
- 500+ MB free hard disk space for logs; fast hard disk (10 000 RPM U320 SCSI or SATA) recommended for optimal performance
- Windows 2000 Professional or XP Professional recommended
(XP Professional x64 Edition is not supported at this time)
- Works well with a touch screen; typical guard desk functions can be used without a keyboard
Connection requirements
- One RS-232 serial connection for each lane (i.e., seven COM ports on the computer to monitor seven lanes simultaneously)
- Maximum of 60 lanes
Connection options
- For short distances (less than 35 feet)
- For longer distances (up to 4000 feet)
